INGREDIENTS

2 lb Frozen hash browns; slightly thawed *OR*
58 oz Hominy (2 large cans)
1/4 c Margarine
1/4 Chopped onion
1/2 ts Salt
1/2 ts Pepper
1 lb Cheddar longhorn cheese
4 oz Diced green chiles (1 can)
8 oz Sour cream
10 oz Cream of chicken soup (1 can)
Non-stick spray
Cornflake crumbs

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix all ingredients together (except cornflakes) and spoon into sprayed 13-
by 9-inch dish.  Top with cornflake crumbs.  Bake at 350 degrees 45
minutes. Makes 10 to 12 servings.
