Ingredients: 1 cn (1 lb; 12 oz) whole tomatoes, including liquid; 1 lg Fresh tomato; peeled; 1 1/2 ts Minced garlic; 1/4 c Chopped green onions; 1/4 c Finely chopped Chinese parsley; 1 1/2 ts Dried chili flakes or 1 fresh green chili; minced

INSTRUCTIONS

Notes: From Hawaiian Electric Kitchen.
Dice tomatoes. In a bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well. Chill
several hours before serving. Makes about 2 cups.
