INGREDIENTS

1 c Mashed avocado
1 1/2 c Dry-roasted cashew nuts; chopped
8 oz Cream cheese; softened
1/2 c Sharp cheddar cheese; grated
2 ts Lime juice
1 Garlic clove; crushed and minced
1/2 ts Worcestershire sauce
1/2 ts Salt
1 ds Tabasco
Paprika

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine all ingredients except paprika, and mix well. Cover mixture and
refrigerate 30 minutes. Divide mixture in half and shape each into roll.
Sprinkle waxed paper with paprika, turning roll to cover with paprika. Wrap
each roll in foil and refrigerate until ready to serve. Slice and serve
with crackers. May be made up to 2 days ahead of serving. Yields 2 logs.
