INSTRUCTIONS
Combine sugar and syrup in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Remove from heat
and add the peanut butter and crispy rice cereal. Spread into a
well-greased 9x9 inch baking dish. Melt chocolate and butterscotch chips in
top of a double boiler and spread over the mixture in the pan. Cool and cut
into bars.
