Wide slices of toasted good Italian bread, cut on bias |

Thinly sliced or grated White cheddar cheese |

Crisp cooked turkey bacon |
|
|
Slices of avocado |
|
|
Chopped cilantro |
INSTRUCTIONS
In a mixing bowl combine some mayonnaise with salsa and spread on toast.
Build up a layer of bacon, arugula, cheddar and top with avocado and
cilantro.
