INGREDIENTS

| 1/4 | c | Diced onion |
| 1 | ts | Sea salt (optional) |
| 1/4 | ts | Garlic powder |
| 1/2 | ts | Turmeric |
| 1 | ds | Black pepper (optional) |
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Pour into a baking dish and bake in a preheated 350 F. oven for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
