Ingredients: 30 oz Kidney beans, canned; 15 oz Black beans, canned; 15 oz Cannellini beans, canned; 30 oz Canned Italian plum tomatoes, drained and chopped; 1 c Chopped onion; 2 lg Garlic cloves; 1/4 c Dark molasses; 1/4 c Cider vinegar; 2 tb Ons, honey; 2 ts S, dried oregano; 2 ts S, dry mustard; 2 ts S, ground cumin; 1 1/2 ts S, ground ginger; 1 tb On, chili powder; 1 pn Crushed red pepper; Salt to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

Drain and rinse the beans, mix with all the other ingredients. Bake,
covered, at 350&deg;F for 45 minutes, then another 30 minutes uncovered.
