INGREDIENTS
| 1 | c | Uncooked grits |
| 4 | c | Water |
| 2 | Eggs; slightly beaten | |
| 1/2 | Stick butter | |
| 1 | Roll garlic cheese; chopped | |

INSTRUCTIONS
Cook grits according to package directions. While hot, add cheese, butter and eggs. Place in a buttered casserole at 400 to 450 degrees for 1 hour. Serve hot.
