INSTRUCTIONS
Place the fish fillets on a rack set in a pan (or use a broiling pan), and
sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake in a preheated 450-degree oven 12
minutes per inch of thickness. Test for doneness.
While the fish is cooking melt the margarine in a small saucepan. Add the
ginger, lime juice and ketchup. Stir until blended and hot.
