Pork tenderloin; sliced

Dijon mustard

Barbecue sauce

Tart apples; sliced

Smoked lowfat provolone cheese; shredded
INSTRUCTIONS

TOPPING
1. Preheat oven to 375'F 2. Mix ingrediants for base in Bread Maker. Allow
to rise for 10-15min. 3. Punch dough down and into shape for base. Place in
oven and bake until firm. 4. In a bowl, toss pork with mustard, spinkle
with majoram and bake for 15min in oven,
5. Increase oven temperature to 450'F. Brush pizza crust with olive oil and
top with barbecue sauce, pork, apples and cheese. Bake for 6-7min or until
cheese is brown.
