A church that is busy ministering to itself, building itself up, edifying itself, and reaches no farther than its own four walls is self-centered. Training, edification and equipping of the saints is not an end itself, but is a means to an end. God's goal is that the church be built up SO THAT it can effectively function in the world and carry out Christ's will on earth.
The tongue is you in a unique way. It is the tattletale on the heart and discloses the real person. Not only that, but misuse of the tongue is perhaps the easiest way to sin. There are some sins that an individual may not be able to commit simply because he does not have the opportunity. But there are no limits to what one can say, no built-in restraints or boundaries. In Scripture, the tongue is variously described as wicked, blasphemous, foolish, boasting, complaining, cursing, contentious, sensual and vile. And that list is not exhaustive. No wonder God put the tongue in a cage behind the teeth, walled in by the mouth!
Whole wheat pastry flour (we've found it works much better if half of this is
Unbleached white)

INSTRUCTIONS
Put it into a mixer with bread hooks or a food processor, and knead until
really smooth. I suppose you could also do this by hand, but I haven't
tried it!
We've also substituted 1/4 of the flour with kamut, buckwheat etc. to add
extra flavor, and the recipe suggested that chopped spinach, herbs, or
tomato paste could be added.
