To dwell on the past simply causes failure in the present. While you are sitting down and bemoaning the past and regretting all the things you have not done, you are crippling yourself and preventing yourself from working in the present. Is that Christianity? Of course it is not.

Cornmeal or instant polenta
INSTRUCTIONS
In a heavy saucepan bring water and salt to a boil and gradually whisk in
cornmeal ini a thin stream. cook over moderatly low heat stirring
constantly until thick and pulls away from sides of pan. 40 minutes for
cornmeal, about 15 for instant polenta. Makes about 3 cups.
