INSTRUCTIONS
Add all ingredients to a shaker jar and shake very well just prior to use.
Variations: Lemon Vinaigrette: substitute lemon juice for vinegar Garlic
Vinaigrette: add 1-2 cloves of minced garlic to dressing Herb Vinaigrette:
add 1-2 tablespoons of chopped herbs Honey Vinaigrette: subsitute 1
teaspoon of honey for the sugar Dijon Vinaigrette: add 3 tablespoons of
additional Dijon mustard
