Batter Fried Flounder

INGREDIENTS
| 3/4 | c | Flour |
| 2 | tb | Corn starch |
| 1/4 | ts | Baking soda |
| 1/4 | ts | Salt |
| 1/4 | ts | Sugar |
| 1/8 | ts | Baking powder |
| 3/4 | c | Water |
INSTRUCTIONS
