Sirloin steaks

Brown sugar

Grainy mustard

White vinegar

Onion; finely chopped

Bay leaf

Beer
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine all ingredients in a pan. Bring to boil, reduce heat, simmer for
10 minutes, cool.
Pour mixture over steaks. Let stand 1 to 2 hours, turning steaks
occasionally.
Barbecue until golden brown on both sides.
