God: "I looked for someone to take a stand for me, and stand in the gap" (Ezekiel 22:30)
Though miracles of all types did speak of Christ’s divine origin and were instrumental in authenticating His and His apostles’ message (see Jn. 3:2; 10:38; Heb. 2:1-4), Christ surprisingly did not appreciate those who sought for a sign. Herod was among them (Luke 23:8). In fact, Jesus said, “An evil and adulterous generation craves for a sign” (Matt. 12:39).
In large saucepan, heat oil over medium heat; cook zucchini, onions,
celery, garlic, curry powder, salt, cinnamon and pepper, stirring
occasionally, for 10 minutes or until softened.
Sprinkle with sugar; pour in stock and bring to boil. Reduce heat to
medium; simmer for 20 minutes or until vegetables are very tender.
In blender, pur.e zucchini mixture, in batches, until smooth. Pour into
clean saucepan; reheat but do not boil. Season with more salt and pepper to
taste.
Try topping with a dollop of yogurt and a spoonful of chutney.
