INGREDIENTS

1 c Ketchup
1/3 c Bourbon
1/4 c Molasses
1/4 c Vinegar
1 tb Worcestershire sauce
2 ts Soy sauce
1/2 ts Dry mustard
1/4 ts Pepper
2 Cloves garlic; crushed
1 tb Lemon juice

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix all ingredients together well, and let stand several hours. Use as
marinade an basting sauce or hamburgers, hot dogs, spareibs and steaks,
most meats. Makes about 2 cups.
Per serving: 87 Calories; less than one gram Fat (2% calories from fat); 1g
Protein; 17g Carbohydrate; 0mg Cholesterol; 464mg Sodium
