INGREDIENTS
| 1 | lb | Spicy pork sausage |

| 2 | c | Milk |
| 1 | ts | Salt |
| 1 | ts | Mustard |
| 4 | sl | Bread; cubed |
| 1 | cn | Grated sharp cheddar cheese |
INSTRUCTIONS
Saute sausage; drain. Beat together eggs, milk, salt and mustard. In a 9x13 inch baking dish, layer bread cubes, sausage and cheese. Pour egg mixture on top. Refrigerate overnight.
