INSTRUCTIONS
Dice onion. Peel and dice the tomatoes. Add oil to large skillet over
medium high heat. Add onion and rice and saute about 5 minute stirring
constantly until slightly brown. Add all the other ingredients bring to a
boil. Lower heat to simmer, cover and cook for about 1 1/2 hours until rice
is tender.
