Approval junkies live as hostages to other people’s opinions and judgments regarding their thoughts, motives, feelings, or behaviors. Approval seekers look good; they have to... But people-pleasing isn’t godly, nor is it healthy. Appeasers usually end up feeling used, unappreciated, and driven to become all things to all people in order to maintain their image and receive continued approval. They appear giving but in fact they are enslaved to their insatiable need to be admired (Nancy Groom).
When there is strong trust, a person tends to be more open and less defensive. He doesn’t have to spend time proving something. Facades can drop and be replaced with directness and honesty.
In large bowl, combine all-purpose and whole wheat flours, natural bran,
rolled oats, sesame and poppy seeds, baking powder, baking soda and salt;
stir in honey. Add enough of the yogurt to make sticky dough. Knead
lightly in bowl until dough is well blended. Fit dough into one greased
9x5 in. (2L) loaf pan.
Bake in 375F oven for 40 min., or until tester comes out clean.
