Eggs 24 Servings

INGREDIENTS

5 oz Bitter chocolate
1/2 c Butter
3 Eggs
3/4 c White sugar
1 c Light brown sugar
2 ts Vanilla
1 1/4 c Flour
1 c Pecan halves

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 350F In the top of a double boiler, melt chocolate and
butter together, then let cool. In a large bowl, beat eggs well. Add sugars
and vanilla gradually to eggs, and beat until foamy. Gently fold the cooled
chocolate mixture into the egg mixture, then add flour. Stir in pecans.
Bake in a greased 9x13 pan for approximately 25 minutes.
Testing for Doneness: The brownies are done when an inserted fork comes out
clean (the picture with this is of an individual eating the brownies out of
