| 1 | Box confectioner's sugar | |

| 1/2 | c | Burnt sugar syrup |
| 1 | tb | To 2 tablespoons light cream |
| 1/4 | c | Finely chopped pecans |
INSTRUCTIONS
In a mixing bowl, combine butter, confectioner's sugar, salt, vanilla and burnt sugar syrup; blend. Add cream and pecans; blend. Ice cooled cake. Use to frost Burnt Sugar cake.
