INGREDIENTS
| 4 | c | Cabbage, shredded |
| 2 | c | Carrots, sliced |
| 3 | c | Potatoes, diced |
| 1 | tb | Salt |
| 1/2 | ts | Pepper |
| 1/2 | ts | Sugar |
| 2 | c | Water |
| 2 | tb | Butter |
| 4 | c | Milk |
INSTRUCTIONS
Put all ingredients, except milk and butter, in a pot and cook over low heat until the vegetables are done. Add the butter and milk and heat through.
