Cream of mushroom soup; lowfat

Cooked crabmeat

Cooked shrimp

Pie shells
INSTRUCTIONS
Cook rice according to package directions.
Preheat oven to 400F.
In a medium skillet, saute next 7 ingredients. Add seasonings and mix until
blended. Add soup and stir well. Add crabmeat, shrimp and cooked rice. Stir
to combine.
Place 1/3 to 1/2 cup of mixture into each pie shell. Bake at 400 degrees F.
for 20 minutes. Serves 8
