Bacon; crisp-cooked and crumbled

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Beat eggs with half-and-half until light and fluffy.
2. Blend in cheese, spinach, bacon, lemon juice and salt. Pour into
lightly greased 9-inch quiche dish. CONVENTIONAL OVEN:
3. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Cook 40-45 minutes or until knife inserted
near center comes out clean.
4. Cut into 10 wedges and serve. MICROWAVE:
