Ingredients: 2 lb Grated cheddar cheese; 1 c Mayonnaise; (up to 1-1/2); 1 1/2 c Chopped pecans; 1 sm Onion; grated, (or scallions); Cayenne pepper and black pepper to taste; 1 Jar preserves

INGREDIENTS

2	lb	Grated cheddar cheese
1	c	Mayonnaise; (up to 1-1/2)
1 1/2	c	Chopped pecans
1	sm	Onion; grated, (or scallions)
		Cayenne pepper and black pepper to taste
1		Jar preserves

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine cheese, mayonnaise, onion, pecans, cayenne and black pepper,
blending well. Press into ring mold. Chill until firm. Unmold onto serving
plate, fill with preserves. Serve with crackers.
