American cheese (2 oz); shredded |
INSTRUCTIONS
Arrange apple slices in a shallow baking dish; sprinkle with the water and
the lemon juice. Combine sugar, flour, ground cinnamon, and 1/8 teaspoon
salt; sprinkle over apples. Bake covered, in a 350 F. oven about 45 minutes
or till apples are tender. Uncover; top with the shredded American cheese.
Bake 5 minutes more or till cheese melts.
