INSTRUCTIONS
Cheesy Chicken: In a small bowl combine cracker crumbs and taco seasoning.
Mix in melted butter. Set aside. Combine cheese spread, green chiles,
onions and chicken in an 8 inch square baking dish. Crumble cracker mixture
over top. Pour sauce over. Cover with~ wax paper. Microwave at medium high
(70%) until heated through, 6 to 8 minutes. Serve over rice or noodles.
Makes 4 servings.
Chicken White Sauce Place butter in a 2 cup measure. Microwave a high
(100%) until melted, 30 seconds. Stir in flour. in chicken broth. Microwave
at medium high (70%) until thickened, 4 to 5 minutes, stirring twice during
cooking time.
