INGREDIENTS

1/2 lb Chicken breasts; cut into strips
1 Clove garlic; minced
1 md Green or red pepper; cut into strips
1/2 c Sliced onion
6 6-inch flour tortillas; warmed
1 1/2 c Cheddar & Monterey Jack Mexican Style Shredded cheese
Thick and Chunky Salsa; (Taco Bell brand recommended)

INSTRUCTIONS

Directions: Spray skillet with no stick cooking spray. Add chicken and
garlic. Cook on medium high heat 5 minutes. Add green pepper and onion.
Cook 4 to 5 minutes or until tender crisp. Place 1/4 cup chicken mixture
and 1/4 cup cheese on center of each tortilla. Serve with salsa. Makes 6
servings.
