INSTRUCTIONS
First: Git yerself some naked chicken breasts (boneless and skinless) next:
Put them in a baking dish of sorts next: pour black bean dip over the top
and smear some underneath too. (recipe to follow) next: smoother in fresh,
sliced chiles of choice (serrano, jalapeno work great) next: bake for 40
minutes at 400 next: take out and cover with shredded cheddar cheese next:
put back in oven and bake another 10 minutes ( I didn't cover it with foil
but you could) next: Eat it!
Another thing that inspired this is that I had left over bean dip that I
made for a party. Posted to CHILE-HEADS DIGEST V4 #080 by lr21@cornell.edu
