Chicken; cut in pieces

Onion; chopped

Cooking oil

Paprika

Black pepper

Salt

All-purpose flour; mixed with

Water

Water; enough to cover chicken
1
Chicken boullion cube
1
cn
Chicken broth
1/2
pt
Sour cream
2
c
Rice; cooked -OR- 2 cups noodles, cooked
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Brown chicken in oil. Remove from dutch oven and Sauté onions.
2. Add browned chicken and seasoning. Dissolve bouillon cube in water and
cover chicken.
3. Cover and simmer slowly until chicken is tender, about 30-40 minutes.
4. Mix flour with water and sour cream and add to chicken. Simmer until
gravy thickens.
Serve over hot cooked rice or noodles.
