Chicken breasts; boned and skinned

Finely diced apples
1/4
c
Golden raisins
1/4
c
Walnuts

Minced onion
1/2
ts
Sage
Glaze:
1/4
c
Orange juice, from frozen concentrate
1/4
c
Butter
1/3
c
Apple jelly
1/4
c
Dry sherry
INSTRUCTIONS
Pound breasts to 1/4 inch. Mix together apples, raisins, walnuts, onion
and sage. Put equal portions of stuffing on each breast and roll, securing
with toothpicks if necessary. Place breasts in oven-proof baking dish.
In small saucepan, combine ingredients for glaze. Cook over low heat until
blended. Pour glaze over breasts. Bake uncovered at 350 for 45 minutes.
Brush with glaze frequently.
