Lean ground beef

Chopped onions

(4 oz) chopped green chiles,, drained

Envelope taco seasoning mix
1/3
c
Milk

Velveeta cheese,, cubed
INSTRUCTIONS
In a skillet, brown and crumble ground beef; add onion and cook until
transparent. Add green chiles; set aside. Mix taco seasoning with milk.
Over low heat, melt Velveeta and slowly blend in milk mixture. Drain fat
from ground beef mixture and add to cheese. Keep warm and serve with
tortilla chips for dipping.
