Christ’s righteousness is so imputed to believers that their justification is not merely the act of a sovereign dispensing with law but the act of a judge declaring the law to be satisfied.
Remember, the issue is never, “You have failed to obey ME.” The only reason for a child to obey mom and dad is that God commands it. Failure to obey mom or dad is, therefore, failure to obey God. This is the issue. The child has failed to obey God. The child has failed to do what God has mandated. To persist places the child at great risk.
Set pan or large skillet on medium heat. Brown beef until slightly brown
and no longer pink. Add onions and cook five minutes, stirring frequently.
Turn flame down to low; add rest of ingredients and stir well. Cover;
simmer 45 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve piping hot in soup bowls
with crisp crackers. Makes about six servings.
NOTE: I always at least double this recipe for my family. It's even better
the next day
