INSTRUCTIONS
Peel, seed, finely chop tomatoes. In large bowl combine tomatoes, onions,
pepper and salt. Let stand 2 hours. Drain well. In large kettle, combine
vegetables with remaining ingredients; bring to boil and cook, uncovered
for 15 min. or to desired consistency. Ladle into hot sterile jars, seal,
label and store in cool dry dark place.
