INSTRUCTIONS
Cream together the cheeses and garlic until blended; mix in pecans. Shape
into two rolls, about 1-1/2 inches in diameter. Roll in chili powder. Wrap
each roll in waxed paper or aluminum foil and chill. To serve, slice into
thin rounds and serve with crackers. Yield: about 150 rounds.
