We Love God!

God: "I looked for someone to take a stand for me, and stand in the gap" (Ezekiel 22:30)

The issue is not the skill of the one proclaiming the message, the packaging of the message, or the technique used in proclaiming it. The issue is the condition of the hearer. Jesus illustrated that principle in the parable of the sower. The same message (the seed) is proclaimed by the same individual (the sower); the only variable is the condition of the four soils. What is essential for the messengers of the gospel is not cleverness but clarity. Only God can open the sin-blinded eyes of those who are “dead in [their] trespasses and sins” (Eph. 2:1; cf. v. 5; Matt. 8:22; Eph. 4:18).
John MacArthur

We maintain the validity of the grammatical-historical and the theological principles of exegesis for all Scripture interpretation. Recognizing the principles of progressive revelation, specifically between the Old Testament prophets and the New Testament witness of Jesus Christ (Heb. 1:1-2; Jn. 1:7-18), we accept the essential unity of both Testaments which allows the meaning of any part of Scripture – including the prophetic parts – to be ultimately determined by the totality of Scripture. This classical Protestant hermeneutic, known as the sola Scriptura principle, seems to be accepted as an axiom of faith by all conservative evangelical Christians.

INGREDIENTS

2 tb Butter or hard margarine
2 tb Flour
2/3 c Milk
1 ds Salt
1 ds Paprika
2 Habs chopped fine; (seeded, stem removed), up to 3

INSTRUCTIONS

Hello Jim...I do this frequently, because, although I am lastose
intolerant, I still do cream sauces, and with 1% milk no less! A good cream
sauce is easy to make if you have wisk to mix it with while it is
cooking....so here you are:
Melt butter in a RevereWare stainless steel pan, or similar, when butter
liquid and bubbling, add the chopped habs, salt, and cook for a few minutes
on medium...add in the flour, and mix well, so that the flour and the
butter mix are solid lumps in the pan, then add the milk all at once, and
stir with the mixing wisk...if too thick, add more milk, and the salt and
paprika...I also add parsley chopped as well, the color mix is
attractive...this is a hot cream sauce..mo hotta mo betta...add mo
habs..less hotta,less habs! Simple,huh?
