Chicken wings without last joint |

Salt and pepper to taste |
INSTRUCTIONS
Wash chicken and place in a shallow pan. Drizzle 6 tablespoons dark rum
over them. Cover and chill. Turn once. Roll or shake in 1 1/3 cups seasoned
bread crumbs. Saute in butter 18 - 20 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste.
