INGREDIENTS
| 1 | c | (1/2 pound) unsalted butter |
| 1/4 | c | White sugar |
| 4 | Yolks | |
| 2 | ts | Rum or brandy (optional) |
| 2 | ts | Vanilla |
| 1 | c | Chocolate chips, melted and cooled |
| 1 | c | Whipping cream |
INSTRUCTIONS
In mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar. Beat in next three ingredients, th en blend in chocolate. Whip cream lightly and stir into chocolate mixture. Turn into 3 cup mold for at least 8 hours until firm.
