Here is a recipe I adapted from Prevention Magazine:
Peel and section the grapefruit and orange and slice into bite-sized
pieces. Squeeze on some lime juice and drizzle with honey and sprinkle
about 1/2 tsp. cinnamon on it. Stir and eat. Note: The original recipe
called for 2 Tablespoons of honey. For me, that is *way* too much. Most of
the time I leave it out or just drizzle a tiny bit over it depending on the
sweetness of the fruit. This is really nice with pancakes for breakfast.
Note: The fruit can be supremed if, like me, you don't like the white
membrane on it.
