INGREDIENTS

2 lb Ground chuck
1/2 c Fine bread crumbs
1 tb Dried parsley
1 ts Red pepper
1/2 ts Black pepper
1/2 ts Onion salt
Celery salt
Garlic salt
Salt
1/4 ts Oregano
1 Egg lightly beaten

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Mix all ingredients and shape into small balls.
2. Place on greased cookie sheet and chill for 1 hour or longer.
3. Bake at 450F for 9 minutes.
