INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 375°. Grease muffin cups. 2. Combine flour and sugar. 3.
Melt butter and pour over flour mixture, mixing until crumbly. Set aside 1
cup of mixture for topping. 4. To the remainder of flour mixture, add the
rest of the ingredients, stirring just until moistened. (Batter will be
thin and lumpy.) 5. Fill muffin cups 3/4 full. 6. Sprinkle reserved mixture
over top of each muffin. 7. Bake at 375° for 15-20 minutes. Makes 12
muffins.
