INGREDIENTS

1 Corned beef
1 cn Sliced pineapple (in my opinion; the more the better!)
Whole peppercorns
1 Bottle CANADA DRY GINGERALE (I think it is 1.5 liters)
1/2 c Brown sugar

INSTRUCTIONS

Wash the corned beef in running water.  Boil in water for 2 1/2-3 hours,
changing the water every 45 minutes.
Marinate overnight in gingerale and peppercorns.
Glaze with brown sugar and bake with the pineapple slices for 45 minutes.
Slice while warm.
