INSTRUCTIONS
Rub cottage cheese through fine sieve. Blend in milk. Add the next five
ingredients and mix well. Chill. Cut carrot strips, squash slices,
cauliflowerets, and radishes, and chill. Arrange vegetables on plate with
dip. Yield: 12 to 15 servings.
