INSTRUCTIONS
Process cranberry sauce for just a few seconds. Then stir in almond
extract, and grated orange peel. Fold this mixture into whipped cream (or
Cool Whip)
I forgot that I wanted to share this with you all. I saw this on the
Frugal Gourmet one Saturday and tried it for Thanksgiving that year. My
husband thought *I* was the fool for even trying to supplant his mother's
cranberry-orange salad, but I do like to try new things once in a while! As
Jeff S. said, "Voila!"
