He bears the keys – to Him we must go for admission into heaven. He is the door – through Him we must enter. He is the Shepherd – we must hear His voice, and follow Him, if we would not perish in the wilderness. He is the Physician – we must apply to Him, if we would be healed of the plague of sin. He is the bread of life – we must feed on Him, if we would have our souls satisfied. He is the light – we must walk after Him, if we would not wander in darkness. He is the fountain – we must wash in His blood, if we would be cleansed, and made ready for the great day of account.
In large bowl stir boiling water into gelatin at least 2 minutes until
completely dissolved. Stir in cold ginger ale. Refrigerate about 1 1/2
hours or until thickened (spoon drawn through mixture leaves definite
impression). Stir in fruit. Spoon into 6-cup mold. Refrigerate 4 hours or
until firm. Unmold. Garnish as desired. Store leftover gelatin mold in
refrigerator. Makes
10 servings. Note: lemon-lime carbonated beverage or water may be
substituted for the ginger ale. 2 packages of 4-serving size Jell-O may be
used instead of 1 package of an 8-serving size. Any red flavor of Jell-O
may be used.
