| 7 | To 8 cups finely shredded Chinese or green cabbage | |
| 1/2 | c | Light cream or evaporated skim milk |
| 1/2 | ts | Salt |
| 1 | pn | Pepper |
| 1/2 | ts | Prepared mustard; optional |
INSTRUCTIONS
In electric frypan, melt margarine. Add cabbage. Cover and cook on Medium heat for 5 minutes. Stir together cream, salt, pepper and mustard. Add to cabbage.
