Worcestershire Sauce

Round Or Chuck Roast; cut in 1 1/2 " cubes*
1
Cucumber; cut in 1/2" slices
Fresh Mushrooms
Cherry Tomatoes
Metal Skewers
INSTRUCTIONS
MARINADE
BEEF
Combine all ingredients for marinade. Mix well. Add beef cubes. Let meat
marinate at least 2 hours, turning occasionally.
Meanwhile prepare hot coals.
To assemble skewers:
1 lge. whole mushroom, 1 cube of beef, 1 slice of cucumber. Repeat. Leave
space on end of skewer for cherry tomato.
Place skewers 4 to 5 inches from heat. Cook about 25 minutes. Turn often
and baste with marinade. Add tiny ripe tomatoes to end of each skewer for
last 5 minutes.
