Half and half (or milk)
Chives; chopped

Grated cheddar cheese

Tabasco
Paprika
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 450°. Cook link sausages and set aside. Coddle eggsby
placing in a pan of cold water and bringing to a boil. Remove from heat.
Place 1 Tablespoon of butter and 2 Tablespoons of Half and Half (or milk)
in each casserole. Place in oven just long enough to melt the butter. Take
out of oven and place 2 link sausages in each casserole on the sides of the
dish, break 2 eggs in the center of each casserole, and sprinkle with salt,
pepper, Tabasco and chives. Cover with cheese. Sprinkle with paprika. Place
in hot oven. Watch carefully. Cook only until set, about 5 minutes. Serve
immediately. Yield: 4 servings.
