INSTRUCTIONS
Warm milk and stir in the sifted flour. Stir in a little melted butter,
then the eggs, sugar, salt and last the rest of the the melted butter and
beer. Pour the lot into a jug.
Melt a little butter in a pan and pour in just a very little of the
batter so that it spreads out evenly in a thin layer covering the whole of
the bottom of pan. Fry pale and crisp on both sides. Serve as hot as
possible whit sugar and raspberry jam.
